We were designated a room. While we were there, someone else started to open the door. The room was given to 2 groups. Otherwise, the stay was uneventful

Nice property however not close to amenities

Nice room. Comfortable bed, good TV. Hot tub helps after a long drive. Check in was a bit hectic. Stayed on a Sunday so lots of kids.

Really enjoyed our stay here we come back again!

Overall, we're happy. We had to wait 15 minutes because our room wasn't ready. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, the atmosphere was cozy.

Very beautiful location and thoughtful staff.

The only issue we had, was the baggage carts. They need to be tightened up by the maintenance staff. Baggage carts are the second thing a customer deals with when entering the premises. The first being reception. These carts need some TLC. This would only take about 15-20 mins per cart to tighten all the screws. Easy peasy. We loved ROD the robot. However it does not take away from the excellent dinner service by Evelyn!

Clean hotel, good restaurant

Spent a night here as a stop off, but massively surpassed expectations! Great welcome, lovely room, great pool / jacuzzi, awesome breakfast (in the sun!) I'm a beautiful and very accessible location. Staff very friendly and obliging, absolutely no complaints at all. Incredible value for money, highly recommended.
