I was very impressed with the customer service of this location. I was having issues with my card/ spending limits etc. and they went above and beyond to make it work for me and also upholding their business. You don’t see that level of customer service anymore. A stressful situation for me, turned into a smooth one.

The rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub are wonderful. The front desk seemed under staffed. There was only one attendant and she was very busy. The breakfast is good except for the eggs. I've stayed 2x and the eggs are rubbery/hard but there are other options.

The staff was so helpful, efficient and kind. Our room was lovely. It seemed to be newly renovated. The hotel is in great condition with a lovely breakfast room. I don’t often enjoy hotel breakfast, but this was quite nice with a huge selection not just a sugary waffle. The pool and the slide were great. The hot tub is a little small and I think the level of the water is low. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I gave you five stars.

Clean rooms great breakfast and good staff but could use a bathroom upgrade. Shower had no pressure and not a fan of the bathtub shower combo in the king suite
