Very clean place and the staff had provided an outstanding customer service

This is a newer property conveniently located just off of Highway 3. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and clean. Our room was facing away from the highway so we didn't experience any road noise. The bathroom products were a better quality than the other BW Plus hotels we stayed at on our 3 week road trip and the breakfast options were superior (individually wrapped breakfast wraps, pears with the fresh fruit!)

Waterslide was fun and the kids found it super fast. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we ever had! Great variety!

Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful when checking in. Rooms were clean and well maintained as was the lobby and pool area. The breakfast room was clean and there were plenty of options to choose from for breakfast. All in all a great place to stay.

Enjoyed the breakfast

First, all of the staff I came into contact with were extremely friendly and hospitable. The bed was good and comfortable. The A/C unit was very loud when it kicked on. Literally woke us up every time. All of the nozzles for the shampoo, conditioner, etc were clogged up.

The staff at reception checked me in way before time when I asked for a favour. At breakfast, the bananas were green and not edible, the positive thing is that the staff looked for and found me ripe bananas. Excellent service and pleasant staff.

We used to book this Hotel when it was a new built and loved it back then, recently we booked it again, stayed 1 night, wasn't the cleanest, bedding had lots of tears, receptionist were very nice and accommodating, breakfast was plentiful and lots of variety, omlet, bacon, sausage, hash browns, yogurt, breads, bagels, waffles and your sugary cereals

The hotel's pool area and breakfast are the drawing factor. The rooms are outdated and in need of some Reno's. No video streaming access is also a let down. I paid over $300 for one night in the family room, and it felt like a $200 room at most.
