Lovely staff on reception, room was clean and spacious (Family Suite - Main Building). Our only disappointment was that the pool facilities and outdoor jacuzzi are all part of the Spa, and cost extra - nearly £25 per Adult and £12 per child. Also restricted times Children can go in the Spa. Overall lovely Hotel and stay, I just think the Hotel should make it clearer about the additional costs for the Spa.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Would recommend it to everyone.

We booked a three-course dinner, full access to the spa for the duration of our stay, and a couples massage to enjoy a relaxing time and celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. At check-in, I believed that everything had been paid for, including the spa access, just like the dinner. We were given bathrobes, which made us think everything was well organized and ready. However, the next day, when we were about to go to the spa, we were informed that toddlers are not allowed after 12 noon. This was not mentioned to us during check-in, and unfortunately, it disrupted our plans. As a result, we had to cancel our couples massage and dinner reservation. Instead, we drove to the nearest water park (Badeland) so that our toddler could still enjoy swimming. In my opinion, this issue could have been avoided if we had been properly informed about the spa rules during check-in and if staff had ensured that everything was clearly explained and in order. Instead of feeling relaxed and happy, we left feeling stressed and disappointed with our stay.

Lovely hotel with great views

Beautiful location, amazing spa, friendly staff.

Very clean, and the staff was very nice. Close to the airport, and there are buses to downtown, there was a locker room for luggage, and we were able to take a bus downtown without carrying extra stuff.

Middagen var fantastisk god, vi var 19 pers som åt olika rätter, alla var nöjda. Imponerad över den veganska menyn! Äntligen en kock som förstår att vegansk mat kan vara gott. Spaet mysigt, behandlingarna sköna, personal med mycket tålamod och gav den bästa servicen när de serverade vårt stora gäng.
