rooms are pretty basic, maybe even less than that, building was/is a former monastery with no elevators but they make up for it with low prices, helpful staff, very good location, free ok breakfast, etc.

Stayed 4 nights. The positives: were great scenic location, great location to walk to old town, run along the river, brisk 30 walk to train/bus station, Good wifi, really good free breakfast, free available tea/coffee on floors. Staff happy to book taxi. Negatives: No visible sign for tourists. No air conditioning in room. Very squeaky mattress, no cleaning of room during stay. Basic amenities.

The hotel is located very close to the Old Town with a river view. The staff did everything to please us. They even brought full breakfast to our room when we told them that we would be leaving the hotel before the breakfast time . It was incredible service. The room was spacious and very clean. There were coffee and tea in all corridors . I would recommend the hotel to everyone .

Great hotel to stay in with very central location next to the town river and national museum, etc. Friendly staff who are very approachable and let me store my luggage after check out and recommended great Polish restaurants. My room was spacious and cool, had river views bed was a bit uncomfortable though. Hotel also had multiple coffee machines and water filters available for free everyday which was great! However, it may not be suitable for everyone as there is no elevator. This wasn’t a problem for me but could be for others so it’s good to know.

Great hotel! Has a hostel feel (Ikea furniture everywhere), but the room was great. Staff was incredibly helpful, including to bring my 23kg suitcase up the three flights of stairs. They also show you the room personally when you check in, which was a nice touch. You can't beat the view from the front of the hotel (even my local Wroclaw friend was jealous). Location is beautiful and convenient, in the cathedral area. About 20 minute walk to downtown. Don't forget there's no elevator. Also, as this is in the religious area and building, there are crosses in every room, in case this bothers anyone.

Very nice and helpful staff. Spacious room and bathroom, very clean. Air con. Limited parking space. No lift. This is as well conference centre, as a hotel, and breakfast serving hours are limited. Generally speaking we had very nice stay.

Just spent 4 nights here. It.s in a good location. Rooms are of decent size and clean. Beds are comfy but very squeaky. Tea and coffee facilities in rooms and on each floor in hallway. Breakfast is typical basic European but there is a choice of fruit and cereals too. It was typical cold meats and cheese. I.m vegetarian so enjoyed my green pepper/tomato and cucumber bread rolls. Staff are friendly but only negative points are if you have walking difficulties there are no lifts and if you are an insomniac like me there are no black out curtains, the room was light at 4am. However, it was quite quiet so I did manage to get a few hours sleep before daylight shone at 4am.

Great location by the river, close to the Old Town, efficient receptionist who even showed me to my room. Fast WiFi. Bathroom clean as a whistle, shower had a flexible connector between head and piping so that you could move it with reliable ease. Great breakfast, fresh fruit included pineapple and grapefruit. Close to a tram stop.

Friendly, flexible staff who stayed up late for my arrival in early hours. Since I missed breakfast next morning they brought an enormous, varied meal to my room. Enough for four let alone one.

Hotel is just walking distance off from city center on one side and business district on other side. River side rooms provide a great view of river and national museum

All perfect but the bed, that is a big point for a hotel, was the most uncomfortable ever...nice area, great service.

I was in the city for a conference and therefore just wanted somewhere clean, quiet and comfortable; no need for all the 'frills'. The room was indeed very basic but did have everything that I needed. The shower was great, the room was clean and bed was comfortable. They have an iron and board upon request and the staff happily helped with taxis and directions. There are coffee machines in the breakfast area which are free 24 hours. The breakfast is relatively basic as well but realistically it has everything that you would want. Location is good and 2 minute walk from the tram stop which goes to the train station where you can easily get the bus to the airport. I would recommend this hotel as a no-frills but good quality stay for a functional visit to Wroclaw.
