Luong Ngoc Quyen establishment included breakfast but probably because the receptionist had a mistake, so there was a small problem during her stay at the hotel. Check-in is not set. Then check back to the room must wait until 21h to be checked in. There is no apology. I have to make up for late check out one hour to compensate for the new room is not cold!
