Clean room, friendly staff, easy parking, and great air conditioning. Very comfortable stay! Would come again.

Well maintained property, rooms are clean and easily accessible. Front of house staff are amazing in checkout, breakfast buffet was outstanding and location is brilliant.

The “resort” was not properly advertised at all. Advertised as the “sanctuary resort “ but actually being a terribly run down “motor inn” is unacceptable

Lovely pool with BBQ area and comfortable room. The facilities are a bit dated but it looks like they are doing some work on it.

First off google maps have no idea who they are because they have two names. It took me an hour to find them. Room was good size, no drawer in bathroom, microwave but no plates etc. Tv good but reception poor. Bed seemed to be lop sided as was floor. Air con was excellent. No spare toilet roll. Toilet roll only a quarter full. Not for me.cutlery at all

The room was clean, spacious and fully equipped; the receptionist professional, friendly and helpful, the gardens beautiful with enormous trees to shield the highway noise.

The staff were great, very helpful. The rooms were clean and the supplies well stocked. The instant coffee provided in the room was moccona, so that was a great relief after a very long day of travel. The room was quiet and all amenities worked. The pool area looked great, sadly didn’t have time to enjoy it. Highly recommend.

The staff were excellent, location was great and meals from Restraunt were superb. Room was well appointed but the bed was extremely uncomfortable the bathroom was clean and well laid out. Sadly the carpet was stained in several places and buckled in one area. Amenities include a beautifulpool area and a tennis court.

Staff were amazingly helpful, especially Cathy on front desk. A comfortable clean place to stay.

Bathroom light and spa did not work, not a deal breaker, we just moved a lamp into the bathroom and the staff gave us free continental breakfast for the inconvenience which was a nice gesture.

Softer bed and microwave

The room size was enormous and the window was as wide as the room. It was different but we loved it. It was on the quiet side of the resort away from the kids in the pool 👍👍

Room was terrible filled with smoke for 2 nights straight place is great if you like run down rooms with dangerous uniform steps with a lovely mould infested silicone shower with cracked tiles and bathroom vanity. If you love tennis half the court might as well get your beach so get your accessories out cause you will need them with the amount of sand on it. Be careful if you pay at premises as they will not refund you for a terrible stay and nor will Wotif even though they are who I booked with. If I could give negative stars I would it was Horrible. First time I have ever left a bad review stayed at lots of hotels this was the worst by far don’t waste your money. Trying to fix smoke filled room with duct tape is disgusting.

The room was very clean, however there were a few ants roaming around the room the first night but no others showed up after. The games room was very inadequate but still functional. The restaurant was probably our worst experience because there was only one server and she forgot what we ordered for drinks and we sat there with nothing served for 30 minutes and our food came out so we had to remind her to bring our drinks to us that we had ordered.
