It was a great one bedroom apartment, clean, spacious, only complaint I could find was it needed a fan in the bedroom

Overall it wasn't terrible but the window in the bedroom didn’t open as the latch was broken so it was very hot and stuffy. If you wanted to swim you had to get a key first which is inconvenient and the people below us smoked so leaving the balcony door open for ventilation wasn't an option as the smoke drifted up and into our room.

Spider webs everywhere, very outdated bathroom

The layout and facilities of the room were great however upon entering we were met with an extremely musty, damp smell. We turned on the AC and open the doors in the hopes of airing the rooms out but no luck. The worst was the ensuite- the smell was so bad, we closed the door and put a towel along the bottom gap. If we had been there more than one night, we would have approached the staff. I made mention of this to the staff on check out. I was also disappointed to see that our master bed was 2 singles pushed together making for a pretty uncomfortable sleep.

Musty smell - the sheets didn’t smell fresh. Some dust on the table lamps and side tables. Otherwise was spacious and excellent facilities.

Very clean abundant room

The location was good for our trip. The place seemed a bit tired. The pool area needed some maintenance. Bedding was clean. Shower needed a good clean.

Bathroom was full of long black hair

Great place. Big apartment, but smelled like fish and the blanket was dirty. But you get that with the demographic in the area

Well located to freeway and highways.

Very nice for the price. 2 bedroom apartment, both with well appointed queen beds and built-in robes. Clothes dryer and washer. Ironing board and iron. Smoker's balcony. Good sound-proofing. But still the cheap toilet paper!

I have stayed at Quest many times due to visiting family in the area and have never been disappointed. Every room I have stayed in has been excellent. Ihave always found the staff regardless of their role to be outstanding and parking is onsite. Quest is so close to shops, restaurants and its location is convenient to all highways to the city and tourist attractions. I would not hesitate to recommend Quest.

It was a good experience at Quest and the service was excellent

While the rooms may be a little dated, the friendly staff made our stay really comfortable.

The service was excellent - as it was a lightning trip from Adelaide to Melbourne - a late check in was required. The Quest team understood and made every endeavour to ensure that we would be accommodated (pardon the pun). Fortunately we arrived in time and could relax before our Friday family funeral.

Was absolutely fantastic location and quiet , room was clean but also had damage from previous disrespectful visitors which we reported to staff . Overall we absolutely would stay again .
