On arrival, the accommodation was not in a clean condition. Food debris from previous guests, including chips and Doritos, was present on the floor. Visible mould was observed inside the property. The kitchen has broken doors that do not open properly and is significantly outdated. The main bathroom was not clean at the time of use and is significantly outdated. The property has no flyscreens on the windows or doors and no air conditioning. The property is located under a flight path and experiences constant aircraft movements, resulting in regular noise. As documented in the photos, the condition of the property does not match what is shown on the website and did not meet the standard advertised by the owners. The accommodation did not even appear close to what was advertised. Based on observable conditions, the property does not meet basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, or comfort for paid accommodation. I would not recommend this property to anyone

Amazing beachfront property. Pool has a shady umbrella so you can swim almost all day. Showers around the property to wash the sand off, after a long beach day. Car parking is an issue at only 1.95m in height , parking on the street was very busy ,so prepare to walk a little bit.

The kitchen and second bathroom was quite dated, it was clean and tidy though and a good size for 5 people. Could do with some new furniture, good location great beach

It was a great location and everything you would need

We stayed in apartment 33, 6th floor (top) ocean view. The view was spectacular and the appartment clean and very nice. The block has a lift and a designated underground parking space (note the spaces are tight and max car height is 1.95m). It is absolutely beachfront, has a nice quiet pool and is about 10-15 mins walk from cafes and IGA in Tugun. The appartment has a washing machine and dishwasher, and comes with a couple of sachets of dishwasher powder and washing up liquid though no cooking supplies eg. salt, pepper, oil. There is one split system which was enough to cool the main living area and just about reached the master bedroom , but there is no cooling in the small twin room so this as pretty warm. Overall a great find and we would stay again.

This property is close to the beach I would recommend that we specifically ask for a unit with aircon next time we book

I took my mum away to catch up with some people. The unit was well located and met both our needs completely. Good access for the less physically able and good ammenity overall. A lovely pool, easy access to the beach and great views!

This was a lovely place to stay with everything you needed in the kitchen if you chose to cook. We would stay there again with the children

Stunning views

We loved the location and enjoyed the walking/cycling track. The beds were comfortable but the lack of air con would have been concerning if it was any hotter. The shower pipes squealed which was annoying.

Best views! We had everything we needed provided in the apartment. Right on the beach & close to everything. Ann the manager is amazing & we loved it so much we’ve already booked for next year!

Great position and close to everything.

The location of this property is perfect. It is right on the beach and close to shops. The view was amazing even though we were only on the first floor.
