All was perfect for a urgent stay with family,

Slide was down and the TV wasn’t working right.

Clean rooms, need better shampoo expecially after swimming in pool it'd be helpful. Over all was great to have a mini getaway for son's 10th birthday. Pool was great .

My daughter and I stayed here for a staycation and it was amazing! Staff were great, breakfast was fun and the pool was a blast! I absolutely recommend for anyone, especially if you have kids!

Clean room, friendly staff, pool was great. Hot tub had a broken jet but was fixed very quickly. Breakfast was good...breakfast staff very sweet

Clean Room, Breakfast was great Price was good

My husband and I had an overnight stay. Check-in went smoothly and the person at the front desk was pleasant. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had the (included) breakfast the following morning and it was very nice. We’ve stayed in the Red Deer location one other time. Again, everything was good. The only complaint I had at our previous stay, was the orange juice was the worst I’ve ever had. I commented on it in my previous review and the manager emailed me back, apologizing for the orange juice and said he’d speak with the kitchen team. He did exactly that and the orange juice was considerably better this stay. We didn’t use the pool so we can’t comment on it. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Great location, very clean and great continental breakfast

Only minor things: wasn’t informed the hot tub was out of service before booking. Floor was really creaky. All the clocks were an hour behind. And there were no towels at the pool.
