I think this is the nicest stay I’ve ever had at a hotel. Beautifully maintained hotel. Everything was clean. Staff was polite. Check-in was seamless. The breakfast was literally anything and everything you’d want.

Very slow check in, got the keys one hour after check in. Was quoted 1200 rupees for airport transfer, charged 1700!! Find another place to stay

Probably the best hotel in Mumbai. Staff are beyond excellent,hotel is clean, pool and gym very well equipped, the biggest variety of breakfast iv ever experienced! Everything here is perfect!Numrata...front office manager goes above and beyond, and has a true understanding of the hospitality industry! A must if in your price range!

The hotel was good and the staff was incredibly nice! There was one really bad thing however. Under the guise of calling the hotel "sustainable", the water in the toilet was yellow. Imagine sitting on the toilet with yellow water. Pathetic to say the least. I am sure there are better ways of making the hotel sustainable then showing customers yellow water in the toilet bowl.

Wonderful World Class high end hotel with ammenities beating international standards - similar to a Ritz Carlton vibe! The best buffet breakfast and dinner options ranging from Indian to continental to Asian! Highly recommended - both for business and pleasure. Wanted to do a quick shout out for providing top customer service by Ayush, Shubh and Sannidhi Poojary. On kind request they also upgraded us to executive pool view rooms. Will visit again for sure. Thanks!
