Absolutely horrible place to stay. The staff were rude, unprofessional and have an immature mindset. I noticed that when the women working there spoke to men, they were giggling and bubbly, but when I speak to them - cold, blunt and short. Not a good look. Firstly, I paid almost $700 for 4 nights - yet they try to charge anextra $25 just to get your towels and sheets changed? Absolutely absurd. When I called up to ask about fresh sheets, I was met with a very rude and unprofessional manager. I told her how the washing machine was running water through the bathroom, cut me off mid section and said “listen, do you want your room serviced” This place needs maintenance in a lot of areas. The shower head is broken and makes a loud noise, the ceiling fan in the bedroom is loud and cannot be left on when sleeping, and washing machine runs water (photos attached) the laundry door is also broken and off the hinges. (Photo attached) I will not be staying here ever again. Lesson learnt. Horrible place and staff.

The rooms and the bathrooms were clean. The kitchen complete with everything you need. Even though it was a holiday, they were no problems and were very accommodating. Didn’t really have high expectations but they did a really good job. Overall, we enjoyed and had a relaxing stay🫶

Parking lot not closed and there’s always someone lurking about, not sure why one will sit around between cars. Door into building not secure. strange arrivals and goings. + Room cleaned during stay.

Room was dirty, floors sticky and pie crumbs on balcony floor. Kitchen cupboards had hand prints all over them. No broom, mop or dustpan in the room. Cobwebs in laundry cupboards, WiFi didn't work, reception was any help after complaining. Lounge had stains all over it. Messaged management had got no response. Overall disgusting wouldn't stay there again. Price was ridiculous for what we got. Aircons dirty just read a review on room 305 that was the one we had. Totally disgusting.

I cannot believe how grotty the room was. I stayed in room 305, an apatment with 2 bedrooms, an ensuite and laundry. I believe that it has not been cleaned for some time due to the unit's poor state of cleanliness. Furniture-heavily stained, carpets-heavily stained, tiled areas-not swept or mopped. I would have cleaned the room myself however there were no cleaning items such as a mop or broom. This is despite the fact that guests were "required to keep the unit clean". To be honest I am utterly amazed that a holiday unit is kept in such a bad state. I would not stay here again if you paid me.
