Good place to stay with family

Hotel isn’t horrible have stayed at worst places. But dinner was horrible and breakfast same thing. For a quick stay like ours it’s ok. But for longer stays even with the great location not worth it

This was my husband and I’s second stay at Aldeia da Praia. We loved it so much first time around I brought my parents along this time and everyone had a ball. We absolutely love the facilities, the staff, the area, and everything that Aldeia da Praia provides, especially their amazing breakfast. Highly recommend it and we will be back

Very confortable and the staff is amazing

First time in Ilheus and definitely we’ll coming back. The hotel’s location is right across the street from this awesome warm water beach. Nice staff good service, great breakfast. Nice size room and very good mattress. To crossing the street to go to the beach was a bit crazy and dangerous at times do to the traffic…there is a crossing lane but no signal lighting to stop the traffic .watch out.

Best staff and manager. Highly recommended for vacation. People are nice and careful with your needs.

The air conditioning on the hotel was bad, I could not sleep well. to access the beach you have to cross a busy road.

The rooms were comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel located steps to the beach in Ilheus. My room was spacious and clean. The hotel staff were all friendly and professional. The food at the restaurant was of high quality and the included buffet breakfasts were excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

The playground and pool was nice. The breakfast was very good. The rooms Ned updating. The price was too expensive for the quality of the room. The proximity to the ocean was good as well. The property was well maintained.

The room was very disappointing, with odd tile in the bathroom and very low-end soft good throughout. The saving grace of this property were the employee, all of which were polite, smile-filled, and a joy to be around. They would be the only reason I would consider returning.

Beach across the road. Everyone pleasant. Great place to stay as this was my 8th year. Stayed 20 days.

This was my 6th year staying here. They only problem I found was the wi fi is very poor through out the hotel. This may be a Brazil problem. Other than that I would stay again if I return.

For Brazil and Ileus and very close to the beach I doubt if you can do better. Staff and food very good. One thing if you need internet service while there you better look for another source as the old dial up worked better. They change password every day and it still may not work or so slow you finally give up. But there is a solution.....go to the beach to a cabana and they will give you a password and you can access their internet very good. Other than that the hotel is very good.

Apesar de os atendentes serem muito cordiais, a experiência no hotel foi negativa e gerou bastante estresse. Deixo alguns pontos para que outras pessoas não passem pela mesma frustração. 1. Música alta dentro dos quartos. Há música ao vivo extremamente alta, inclusive após 22h. Como não há isolamento acústico, o som entra completamente no quarto. Não é possível ler, assistir a um filme ou descansar. Mesmo com fones com cancelamento de ruído, a música continua audível. Liguei várias vezes para a recepção pedindo para reduzirem o volume, sem solução. Perdemos um dia lidando com isso. 2. Localização Apesar de ser perto do mar, é preciso caminhar cerca de 8 min no sol e atravessar uma avenida perigosa. Escolhi o local porque parecia ter mais opções ao redor, mas antes de escurecer já fecha tudo. Não há como permanecer na região à noite: ou você fica no hotel (com música alta) ou vai para o centro, pois tudo depende de carro. Há opções melhores pelo mesmo preço. 3. Estrutura A piscina tem vista para prédios em construção, e o hotel é voltado para os fundos, não para o mar. O estacionamento ocupa a melhor área do terreno, e há um muro que isola a parte da frente da área comum. Na prática, o hotel ignora que está na beira do mar. Não há abajur nos quartos, nem luz focal para leitura.

Quarto amplo, limpo, perfumado, com camas confortáveis e muito espaço para acomodação das bagagens, com cabides e prateleiras. Ar condicionado funcionando bem. TV poderia ser maior. A iluminação do quarto poderia ter luz mais leve ao lado das camas. Banheiro amplo com bom chuveiro, e amenidades como shampoo e sabonetes. A pia é ampla, porisso a sugestão é ter um fixador para as toalhas de rosto nela, já que ha um varal metálico para a secagem de peças de banho, porem as toalhas ficam meio sem lugar no banheiro. O café da manhã é bom, com opções de frutas, sucos, pães variados, bolos, frios, e opções de comida quente e omeletes tbm. O bar da piscina é que, mesmo tendo funcionários excelentes e educados, deixou a desejar no quesito cerveja gelada. Até oferecem um balde com gelo à partir de 3uni. porém se a lata não está gelada, o balde não resolve de imediato, para consumir. Outra questão que me intrigou, foi quando fiz o checking , me interessei em adquirir meia-pensão. Porém o valor que seriacobrado, por noite/pessoa, era maior do que a maioria dos pratos oferecidos no cardápio. Honestamente, não entendi qual o critério usado para fidelizar o hóspede a jantar no restaurante do hotel durante toda a estadia, se o valor seria maior do que pagar avulso por cada refeição. Mas a comida estava muito boa. Por último, gostaria de sugerir placas na área da piscina, orientando o uso do toalete. Tive a impressão que as pessoas ficam horas na água e nunca saem para o xixi !

Tudo em perfeito estado, o ar condicionado funciona muito bem o café da manhã maravilhoso.

Hotel não é ruim Quarto bom Comida boa Tem que atravessar a pista para Praia o que não recomendo para criança e pessoa de idade que queiram ir à praia a pé
