My vacation just finished and I wanted to mention about NG Afyon.We stayed at NG Afyon Feb1-8.Our first time visiting the NG and it was absolutely wonderful. First and foremost, I want to acknowledge the NG staff that work so hard every day to make the stay enjoyable. Especially I want to tell thank you to front office manager Mr.Sener Ataguven,because he upgraded us for premium rooms.We had duplex premium room which was really unforgettable.Also Mr.Sener made very easy check in and make sure that we have everything we need.Everyone is so incredibly friendly and accommodating. Overall, this was definitely a 5 star experience and we would stay here again. The resort is lovely. Outdoor areas are clean and well maintained. There was plenty of seating at the pools and restaurant.The rooms was cleaned and refreshed every day. Overall, our stay at NG Afyon was a truly unforgettable experience. From the beautiful facilities & delicious food, to the amazing staff & gorgeous building,everything about this resort was top-notch. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious, unforgettable, & relaxing getaway.

Our stay was exceptionally good my wife and I took our mother there she normally stays at İkbal in Afyon so it was a change after 15 years at staying at ikbal and she absolutely loved it at NG Afyon and she told all her friends about her new found love for NG Afyon so we thank you for the wonderful experience NG Afyon hope to see you more often.

We went there with our mother who has trouble walking on her own She loved it we also enjoyed the hotel and staff were extra polite and welcoming

We spent the weekend at the hotel as a family with 2 kids. We used the thermal pools, aroma steam room, sauna, the pools and slides. They’re quite good and generally very good option to spend the weekend with family.

The hotel lobby is like a museum, very beautiful with so many elegant pieces of art. The thermal waters were very warm and medicinal. The outdoor water slides were closed but the indoor slides were actually small but packed a punch. The food was plentiful, mostly local cuisine but good. Our biggest issue was that the entire hotel was hot! The room air conditioners did not work! We complained, they sent a technician who claimed cool air was coming our, but it wasn't. It was winter and the room was 28C. Finally we decided to just turn the air off and open the balcony door. It cooled the room down enough so we could sleep. I would not want to visit this hotel in the summer with such poor air conditioning. For a hotel barely 10 years old, the rooms are run down, carpets are fraying and we had a broken electrical outlet in our room.

Everything was great specially stuff was on top of everything. They knew what you need before you ask for it.

Me and my wife had a great stay for two days do not mess it if you are near by .

Check in and check out was terrible At the reception first they couldnt find my reservation and said they barely work with expedia ??? They sent us to a comfortable sofa and told us they will look for reservation and let us know I went back to check out what was going on and they appologised and gave us the keys Hotel was absolutely gorgeous Staff was very friendly pools are all clean and wonderful but At th check out they said they haven't received the payment via expedia Despite I showed my credit card transaction they charged me the whole amount again First I rejected to make the payment but then i had no chance of leaving the hotel without payment The day before they called me and again with another appologises they promised to return my money back because they received the payment Something was wrong may be selays through expedia or hotel staff

Yemekler, sunulan olanaklar ve temizlikten çok memnun kaldık, termal otel olarak tekrar tercih edeceğim bir otel.

Séjour très agréable, idéal pour les familles avec enfant de tout âge, l’hotel fait en sorte que les conditions hygiènes soit appliqué. Le SPA est tellement apaisant. Il est tres facile de trouver de la place dans les transats, les piscines ne sont pas bondé de monde, tout simplement super!! Enfin la nourriture local est très bonne!😍 A refaire

5성 호텔치고는 식사가 조금 부족한 감이 있었지만 수영장과 온천. 스파등 부대시설이 좋았다

Otel gayet güzel,temiz..Termal havuzları da çok güzel,fakat üstü açılan bayanlara özel havuzda önlem alınmamış…Çalışanlar çok ilgili…Malesef içkili olması tüm keyfimizi kaçırdı.Beş yıldızlı termal otelde içki olmamalıydı…
