My first time staying here, and overall it was comfortable and the staff was friendly. Those bringing their cars were guaranteed a clean stay, as they apparently had their cars washed.

Wi-Fi is not available... The phone does not work for the receptionist... TV broadcasts only 5 channels... The floor in the room is not very clean, so they ask to be swept again... Only 1 towel and toothbrush are provided...

In my opinion, the service is very good, the location is close to the city center, only some supporting facilities need to be improved to be more optimal, such as parking areas, floors, etc.

I was a little skeptical at first, but after two days at the Naripan Hotel, it was really nice. Cool air conditioning, spacious rooms, friendly staff, close to Braga, and now extensively renovated. A full renovation will definitely make this hotel even better. Keep up the good work, making it a great hotel.
