The hotel is very old, drinking water must be obtained from the dispenser. The room tiles are lifted, making it difficult to trip. Amenities are basic. The room's AC leaked, so I asked the staff for help, thinking they were fixing it, but they just used a trash can to catch it. Calling reception was very difficult.

I came during a dance competition at the cultural building, just a short walk away. And also during the Asia-Africa Festival, it was very close.

As soon as I entered the room, it was stuffy and the floor was cracked and covered with carpet. It was a single bed, and the bed was quite large. I asked to be moved, but they gave me a twin. Sorry, the bathroom was dirty. I ended up moving to the Naripan 1 suite, which wasn't bad, it was much better than before.

A highly recommended hotel. Close to Braga and the town square. However, there are a few corrections regarding the cleanliness of the toilets and rooms. The bathrooms smelled, and the hotel rooms also had an unpleasant odor. Cleanliness needs to be improved.

It's very different now, so the quality has declined. The toilet is clogged, the price is cheap, but that's the way it is, I don't recommend it here now. 💔

The room looked really old, with lots of dirt. The pillows, mattress, bathroom, and toilet were dirty. The TV remote didn't work, the phone wouldn't connect, and the Wi-Fi password wasn't provided. There wasn't even soap, only shampoo. The mattress, pillows, and blankets should have been cleaned first to make it nice and comfortable to rest. The location is strategically located near Braga.

The hotel was actually quite nice, but they shouldn't have given us a room on a floor undergoing renovation. Furthermore, they didn't provide toothbrushes and toothpaste. The water also ran black for a while, but eventually cleared up.

The hotel itself may be old, so it looks like a horror in the hallway and back area where the swimming pool is. The AC is dirty and not cold, the temperature is stuck at 18 degrees. The TV won't turn on, there is no bathroom mat. The Wi-Fi doesn't work. I asked the receptionist beforehand and they said there was a problem. The location is close to Jl. Braga. I hope my review is read by the hotel and can provide input for them to improve in the future.

The sheets were rumpled, as if they hadn't been washed, and they didn't smell the slightest bit. Bathroom amenities were lacking; when I went to shower, the soap and shampoo were empty, and there were no tissues. The cleanliness was also lacking. Many of the floor tiles were loose. The location was okay, just a short walk to Braga.

We stayed with our extended family for a vacation. It was very comfortable and the location is strategically located near Braga. However, the hotel's facilities and infrastructure are in need of renovation due to its age. Thank you for the excellent and friendly service from the hotel staff. If we have a family event in Bandung, we'll definitely stay at Naripan Hotel again. Thank you.

The bed sheets were dirty, the lights were out, they only gave me one towel, the TV had no picture or channels, the water was on and off. It was really bad.

We apologize for the dirty, smelly bathroom, the hot water wouldn't work, the door didn't require a key, and opening the door was incredibly draining and emotionally draining. The AC wasn't cold enough.
