The biggest plus of the Capra is its staff. Very professional, very supportive and very friendly. They really put in the hard work to make you feel comfortable. The food is okayish, not that fancy for that price. The spa area is quite big with lots of opportunities. The rooms are cozy and very clean.
Unfortunately, we‘ve been there off season, so everything around the hotel (cable cars, lots of restaurants) was closed. But this was also an advantage because we had the whole spa for ourselves. But the problem were the construction works around the hotel, which ends up being very noisy. There are also lots of cranes in Saas-Fee because everyone is building (due to off season). So, we had a view to a crane and we were very close to the constructions. Thus, we asked for a room change. The next day they have offered us the best room they have! And they really took our dietaries into account and also offered us the private spa for 1 hour (for free!). All in all, it was a very good experience, but I would not go off season again, as you really can‘t do anything besides spa. And it would be really helping if the hotel would make you aware of that beforehand.
