The hotel staff is very friendly, good service. Every time I meet a hotel employee, I always greet them and smile. The hotel is clean, fragrant, neat, and comfortable. Complete facilities, TV, AC, blankets, towels, slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, tea, coffee, sugar, hot and cold water are all available. If you want to buy snacks in the hotel area, it is also close and complete. There are Indomaret, Alfamart, Chicken Lazzato, warteg, chicken noodles, meatballs, Padang rice, chicken pecel, uduk rice, fried foods. The children are very happy, especially since there is a swimming pool that can accommodate children aged 4 years. Someday, God willing, I will stay here again. Thank you

It was quite pleasant, although on the last day, breakfast wasn't served in the cafeteria/restaurant, but was delivered to the room, so you couldn't choose your breakfast menu. Hopefully, it will be better in the future, thanks.

I often stay here because it is close to my in-laws' house, there are lots of places to eat, and the kids also love it because it has a swimming pool.

The hotel room is standard but quite comfortable, perhaps the walls could be repainted to make them more attractive, the curtains could be cleaned as they are a bit dirty, the towels are fragrant but worn out, perhaps they could be replaced, the impression of staying here is quite comfortable.

For such a low price, the hotel has a refrigerator inside, so it's highly recommended for a staycation in the Tangerang area.

The hotel staff was friendly. When my room wasn't ready, they helped me upgrade to a deluxe room simply by following their Instagram account. Very helpful and responsive.

The room is not cleaned unless requested. When I got home from work around 4:30 PM, I passed by the receptionist who was busy chatting, but when I arrived at the room and saw that the room had not been cleaned, I called the receptionist and it took a long time to answer. Even if I boil water using an electric kettle, the electricity always goes out and it's not strong enough. Well, the environment is really good because there are lots of foods, etc. It's quite easy to find anything. I hope the hotel can improve 🙏🏻

This hotel is generally nice, but unfortunately, many of the facilities seem poorly maintained, such as the pool area and some room amenities like curtains and showers. The reservation also stated that breakfast was free for two adults and one child, but in reality, it was only for two adults, citing the child's age up to three years old, without any detailed explanation of the terms and conditions.
