The bitter experience of having to pay 200 ringgit, because there was no notification about the location of plastic waste in front of the door. If there had been initial notification we would definitely not have placed plastic waste in front of the door. Very disappointing.

Amazingly, we and our family are very happy, spending time in this apartment, very comfortable, clean and safe.

The rooms are nice, cleaned every day, good facilities, unfortunately the key is only given 1 set.

Very good hotel for such a cheap price. Strategic place and friendly staff and ready to help our difficulties.

The view from my room is good, the cleanliness in the room is good, maybe what needs to be improved is the check-in procedure is very long, there is no direct counter, I have to do marketing in the bathroom lobby, he takes care of it to the office.

A private apartment. parking have to pay by hour. Anyway I satisfied with the owner of the hotel when he upgrade my room after I argued about the car parking. thank you for your kindness.

Best view, best location, very helpful staff. The location in in the down town, in the CBD area where we can get everything that we need just by walk. In front of our hotel is IMBI sta (Monorail), we can easily going around the city. The room was very large, beautiful view (KL Tower), the AC was cold, the shower was hot, every day clean, we can use refrigerator, microwave, and very nice place feels at home.. This is the best place for me and my family. When we go to Malaysia again we will use this hotel again, best for us, thanks John, Thanks Traveloka you just make our holiday easier and unforgettable story for our family.

Interesting rooms and locations, best view of KLCC and KL tower.

Floor dirty room skali, the officer if not asked vacuum yes not divacum ... directly in the mop! The funny thing is not to use water pake but just sprayed with pake pelangi, so the floor is super sticky, use slipper under it so much dirt floor stuck. Stay 6 nights spei and pillowcases not replaced2! Just 2 times just stay here, disappointing once!

Poor service of your team. I didn't get the room that I want and I have to change room on the next day. I have to pack my thing on first day for change the room.

Interesting, in tengah2 city, easy to get to mana2. BTS shopping center and cheap.

Really hope that the swimming pool will be opened till 12 in the midnight for those who need relaxing after a hectic day.
