Good breakfast. Clean, quiet room. Helpful staff. Good restaurant and roof top bar. Great location. Plenty of restaurants, tram station just up the block. Attractions within short walking distance without being in the middle of tourist congestion.

We arrived very early in the morning due to a train disruption, and Gabrielle kindly rushed to prepare our room so we could settle in right away. The room was big, spacious, and comfortable, and the washroom was just as generous. The toiletries were high‑quality and smelled wonderful. The hotel is about a 15‑minute walk to Marienplatz, with plenty of food options nearby. Every staff member we interacted with was accommodating and genuinely wonderful. A great stay with excellent service from start to finish.

Good location. Breakfast very good. Rooms adequate. Liked rooftop bar. Customer service at front desk and for any needs was terrible. Unresponsive when there, frequently no one present, and not helpful whatsoever even when someone was at front desk. Air conditioning not good. Thermostats need replaced. Reception desk NO help with hot room and said to open the windows and by the next morning it would be cooler.

The furnishings are basic but comfortable and very clean. The staff is lovely!

Great location. Clean. Nice rooftop bar, heated. Also they have a restaurant. However I picked this hotel because it advertised a shuttle to the airport which they did NOT have.

Great location and value for money.

The room was clean and spacious, and the location was great. HOWEVER, the hotel only has 1 tiny elevator, which forces you to take the stairs unless you're willing to wait for a while. The rooftop is loud and smokey. If you're a nonsmoker, this is not a pleasant space to grab a drink. The hotel serves breakfast, but it is 20 Euros per person unless you made sure to include it in your reservation. More importantly, the variety of items is relatively limited. Definitely, not worth 20 Euros. The best asset of this hotel is the location and the history behind it

The location is the best part of this hotel. The Viktualienmarkt is less than a 5 minute walk, very close to tourists destinations and lots of shops and restaurants close by. Room was basic, oversized uncomfortable pillows. Appear be some work being done and awoke to loud banging coming from above. Room was very basic. Breakfast was quite good and rooftop bar offered very nice views of the city.

Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. I loved the free mini bar and walking distance to old town. The only downside was that we booked two rooms for our family and they were in different corridors.

Very welcoming staff, super helpful and friendly. Apartment was well set-up for our family of 4, and came with fridge stocked with free beverages. Great location, great room set-up.

The room was nice, basic. There was an bonus with mimi bar with daily refillsno expense but limited hoice of water, cola, and beer. Have to request other items like kettle, etc. Food, what I had met needs but the turkey saladlarge portion of salad leaves and over cooked turkey meat. Breakfast continental and cooked sausage and bacon with s rambled eggs as well as request for othe egg choices. Wish burnt was not their style of cooking. As i order their pancake dessert and icing sugar was used to hide the burnt side of the pancake. A partfrom this the hotel is nice, in a goodpart of the area to get around local supermarkets and the famous market is near by. Tram service to S1 train to airport.

Quirky and beautiful. Very centrally located in a lovely neighborhood. 10/10 recommend.
