First, what disappointed me was the disregard for my request, which I had included when booking through the app, which was very detrimental to my business trip staycation at the hotel.
Second, the hotel staff failed to provide me with a solution, apology, or compensation for the time loss I experienced during the check-in process, which significantly impacted my schedule during my staycation.
Third, customer friendliness needs to be improved, as it impacts the hotel's image and can influence customers' decisions to book again.
Overall, during my staycation at the Ascent Hotel from June 14-16, 2026, I was neither satisfied nor disappointed with the service provided by the hotel. Thank you.
