I am writing this to warn others: my recent stay here was plagued by unacceptable hygiene standards and major security oversights.
Hygiene and Room Condition:
Upon entering the room, I was met with an overwhelming bad smell that didn't dissipate. Worse still, the bedsheets were filthy, clearly having not been laundered before my arrival. When a hotel fails at basic sanitation, it is impossible to feel comfortable or clean.
Security and Safety Risks:
The lack of security is deeply concerning. There were no security guards present, and parking safety was nonexistent. For any traveler, feeling that their person and property are unprotected is a dealbreaker. The hotel seems to have zero protocols for guest safety in the common areas or the parking lot.
Unprofessional Staff:
When I tried to address these issues, the receptionist’s behavior was ignorant and dismissive. Instead of offering a solution or even a basic apology, I was met with complete indifference. This level of unprofessionalism from the front desk suggests that these failures are standard for the establishment.
Conclusion:
Between the dirty linens, the smell, and the lack of basic security, this hotel is a major liability. I would strongly advise staying elsewhere if you value your health and safety.
