I made a mistake when booking and had already made the payment. I just realized the mistake when I was about to check in. Alhamdulillah, the officers from Traveloka and POP Hotel Malioboro were very helpful. Finally, after the cross-check process between Traveloka and POP Hotel Malioboro was completed, I was allowed to check in. Thank you POP Hotel Malioboro & Traveloka.

The room is clean, the bathroom is clean, the staff service is good and super responsive, the price is affordable and very close to Tugu station, only 2 minutes to get there. Unfortunately, the condition of the room door lock is a bit difficult to open and close, the key doesn't seem to lock.
