Perfect for our city break

Large rooms, cafe on site. Breakfast was expensive for a family.

Extremely great location right by the bus station and central market. Property is a bit dated, bathroom shower knob didn't work too well. Didn't utilize the spa or breakfast which are extra costs. Very convenient to walk around Old Town with lots of cafes and shopping nearby.

It is an urban hotel, near a busy tram/train and pedestrian avenue, however the windows are not fully sound proof, like other urban accomodations, even with earplugs you will hear the train and tram and people hanging around the avenue, bath shower is slippery can be a hazard for older people, on the good side good location.

Issue with Spa as children were in and had a snorkel which is completely unacceptable given this was paid for and should have been a relaxing environment- it was spoilt the whole experience.

Great location! Amazing and very helpful staff! Lovely and tasty breakfast with lots of choices! Even though the spa is very small it wasn’t crowded and we spent a fantastic hour over there.

The room was very clean and the reception staff were great. Breakfast was solid too for a hotel breakfast. Convenient location to old town and all transportation. Only gripes we had were the AC was pretty weak and the bathroom was outdated. The bathroom got the job done but felt tired. Other than that the hotel was great for our trip. I wish hotels.com allowed half star ratings.

Excellent staff excellent breakfast fantastic spa facilities….. fantastic central location…… I nailed it on this one…… If I’m ever in Riga, I’m just gonna stay at the best hotel in town. This place

The location is perfect. Quick walking distance to central market, bus station, and old town. The hotel itself looks nice from the outside but the rooms inside are a bit dated. However, it worked for me and I would stay again.

Excellent location, spaciois clean rooms and friendly staff

Friendly staff, great spa facilities that was included with our room and the room itself had everything needed. It was clean, well equipped and even has a minibar. despite it being -21 over night, the room was warm and comfortable. The location itself is also absolutely ideal for visiting Riga. The airport bus stops it front of it and the entire city is walkable for there.

The room was clean and the hotel was great, warm and very central. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was because my room was very noisy: I could hear the TV from the room next door and the constant walking from the upper floor which didn't allow me to relax or rest. Also, the internet was really bad: very slow, always going off and having to log on manually and on several occasions I couldn't log on. Other than that, it was a nice hotel.

Helpful staff on reception. Nice clean room - although dated. The heating was always too hot even when we turned it off - slept with the window open all night in November! Had 1x use of the spa which was very clean and pleasant. An hour is more than enough.

Clean hotel, friendly staff and great location.

The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The location is extremely convenient for transportation and also great for shopping. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, some of which had a lovely home-cooked feel, which was excellent.
