Room is okay, not very clean. Facilities are old.

I stayed in winter so the area was much quieter than in summer ... just how I like it. The accommodation was basic but comfortable and included a studio kitchen with electric hob, fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and cutlery and plates. Everything was very clean and all the staff were freindly and helpful. Air conditioning was effective for both heating and cooling. Anything negative I could include here would be nit-picking. Overall I would certainly recommend INN Mallorca Aparthotel. Thanks guys!

Very friendly staff, nice rooms, great location

Overall the aprtments are lovely and very centrally located. Second time we have stayed there,. A couple of issues, problem with the hot water for 3 days ie none. Whatsapp comms completely AI, so other than basic information didnt really help with any questions we had. Finally when aircon was on, smell of cooking was brought into the apartment. That said, this didnt happen last year so it may have been just our room(304). Staff did apologise for the hot water issue but its not ideal.

Lovely staff and very friendly

The property is well placed and the amenities are perfect. The air conditioning is difficult and to set in our appartement. The swimming pool is very nice. I recommend this hotel.

Gorgeous apartment. Staff were friendly and security on the night was helpful as we lost our key card so he let us in and into our room. We will be staying again next time we come to magaluf

Apartments are great and very good value. Communications prior to arrival were excellent and indicated we may be allowed to check in early as we were arriving at lunchtime to go and meet friends. Although advised not guaranteed. Arrived the following day at 1pm and we were told it was impossible to go into the room so to come back in at least two hours. Left and came back. Checked into room as one had just been cleaned and was told that it had been left in a state so they were just finishing it off. Room was clean but had a really bad smell during the stay. External balcony area was lovely so went out there most of the time. Evening staff in reception were really nice and shower powerful, just need to sort out the bad smell.

For the price we got a apartment for 40 euros. It was comfortable and a really good size sitting very central. I'd happily stay here again

The room it is nice and comfortable; unfortunately ( maybe we have been unlucky) it is not proper clean. They tidy the room every day they pull the sheets on the bed bud we came in at first and it was full of sand all around the bedroom and toilet; so i have asked to be cleaned but it seems like the vacuum they use it is broken... :)

good price after season ,old furniture ,old beds ,,,but nice view from balcony ...no invite guests from outside to your room

This hotel had good air conditioning ,clean rooms,friendly staff.close to everything.located next to\above two karaoke bars.small pool with bar.its noisy outside and inside most of the night , its what you expect in magaluf.

Value for money great break

Had a very pleasant stay---couldnt find any fault---staff extremely helpful----would stay there again

Helpful staff! Terrible water pressure in the shower. Thin walls, you could hear the neighbors very clearly. Alot of dust under the bed. I would recommend for a short stay
