Very appropriate for families, easy to find, easy parking available, staff friendly.

Room was clean and had great amenities on site. Location was convenient and walkable to many attractions. 1 star short of excellence because there were issues witu the dryer (heating function)

⭐ 1/5 — Extremely disappointing stay – no air-conditioning in bedrooms during Brisbane heat We booked this property for a three-night team stay in Brisbane, but it turned out to be one of the most uncomfortable experiences we’ve had. Despite being advertised as a serviced apartment, there was only one air-conditioner in the living room and none in the bedrooms. With Brisbane’s scorching summer heat, it was unbearable to sleep at night. For the price we paid, we expected basic comfort — working air-conditioning in all rooms. The lack of this made the stay extremely unpleasant and completely unsuitable for business travellers or anyone visiting during warmer months. Definitely would not recommend this property.

Great location with good amenities and comfortable bed.

The check in staff were very helpful. Appreciated the early check in and the ability to leave the car while having breakfast. It turned out our venue was on the corner…perfect. Would definitely consider staying here again. Only 1 bother…no full length mirror and no other mirror for doing makeup outside of the steamed up bathroom.

Loved it, central to the valley and the reception staff were incredible. Its not often you get to meet descent staff that enjoy their jobs. Thank you all for your time and convenience.

Stayed overnight for a wedding with my family. The 2 bedroom apartment was a good size but it only has one air-con unit right at the end of the unit and the main bedroom being up the other end of the unit has no way of getting cool air in. It was a warm night and we had trouble sleeping even with the fan on. Won’t stay there again.

Couldn't ask for a cleaner place and the staff were so caring and helpful. Shops, transport and entertainment precinct walking distance. Only a few minutes by bus to RBWH. Will be my first choice when staying in this area.
