Great parking. The pools were so nice and perfect temperatures. The staff was the best, each and everyone of them were so kind and helpful. Great views !!

The hotel is located at the end of the road on a cliff with an amazing view and crashing waves. Not a swimming beach but you can walk just 5 minutes to get to the beach or 1.5 miles hike to get to another beach. Both lovely and clean and swimmable. There is a restaurant on site and the food and drink were very good and prices fair. The staff was friendly and attentive. We stayed in a lovely ocean front cottage. It was simple and comfortable. It had both ceiling fan and air conditioning. The electric went out several times in the night but the generator turned on so quickly it was never so noticeable. The water pressure is non existent but also not an issue. The view made it all well worth it. We loved it!

The place is very well located with an incredible ocean view, however, it’s not well maintained. I staid there 2 nights and I could not use any of the pools as they were dirty. You could see the filth resting at the bottom. Also, the mattress was old and it had a very noticeable indentation that made it uncomfortable. It is a beautiful place, but it lacks major maintenance.

Provide hot water in the shower would be nice. Also it was a hassle that the toilet tank did not fill up with water. Luckily only booked for one night. Beautiful location very poor maintenance of the property in my opinion.

The place is on top of a hill which gives you an spectacular ocean view. In the morning you can hear birds and the amazing sound of the ocean waves below. It is a place to enjoy nature, views, tranquility, the beach, sand, just to breathe fresh air. It’s a quiet atmosphere, not a party place. I love this quietness and I will come back soon. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. There is no refrigerator in the room, so i guess we better bring a cooler with ice next time. It’s really an amazing experience in Playa Destiladeros, Pedasi

Nice hotel, family and couple oriented. Restaurant has great views, and the room was clean. Hammock on the porch which was really awesome.

El servicio de Irwing y el chef muy bueno. Solo estaba funcionando una piscina, en el servicio de habitación les falta detalles como colocar jabones, papel higienico, que se sienta el baño limpio. Por todo lo demás es muy bello lugar.

A beautiful property located above the cliffs. Spectacular views

We had a lovely, quiet and relaxing stay. The staff was super accommodating and helpful, going out of their way to please our needs. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Very relaxing and tropical scenery. Restaurant menu was varied and delicious. Only downside is the main road to get to the hotel — you need at least an SUV to get there, specially when it’s rainy. Will definitely come back during the summer!

It was a last second choice and only for one night. The room was perfectly adequate, nothing special but clean. Parking and checking, simple and accessible. The view from our room was absolutely spectacular! But, as foodies, the chef at this property was over the top fantastic. We commend him for his friendliness and generously, sharing his time and his talents with us. And we regret that we were unable to stay for lunch.

Hotel Punta Franca is a real paradise! A great place to stay and relax on the pacific cost of Panama. Not my first time here and o always return to this little resort with the super comfortable rooms and suits viewing the ocean from a cliff, private beach, pool and open jacuzzi , fine restaurant and good breakfast, great positive and welcoming team. If you are looking for a place to stay and relax, this is certainly the place

ITS AMAZING! I feel like I am in a 5 star hotel. The view is breathtaking. I wish I could stay more! ❤️ the only feedback I have is the cleaning products, they have a very strong smell, but aside from that, everything was absolutely perfect

Loved the view & the staff! Room lacks amenities- no coffee, no drinking glasses, only 2 towels - not a big deal for us, but others may just want the heads up. Fantastic view and super friendly staff! Recommend

The location is amazingly beautiful, the beaches are fantastic and the buildings are good (they are doing maintenance and it was not so nice to look at all the construction. But the road to get here was a night mare, it was rocky and with big holes. Also google map and WASE were confused on where it was. It kept taking us down the wrong roads. I arrived super stressed out because of it. Otherwise love the place.

La ubicación es increíble así como las vistas al mar, el personal muy amable y atento en todo momento. Lo único que recomiendo mejorar es el mantenimiento de la piscina ya que es un aspecto importante de la propiedad.

Exceptional destination, peaceful and beautiful, we enjoy plenty of breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The staff were very kind and demonstrate special attention to out kids which is very much appreciated. The place is pet frindly which is a plus for us traveling with out per. Also the meals were excellent. Very happy with our stay, deffinitively we will come back.
