The staff was super nice!!! The room was very clean. Free breakfast and delicious. The rooms are simple, but the beds are very comfortable. And the heater and Air Condition system worked Great because in February in Mexico City the days are warm , but at night it cools down.

El staff es muy amable,es un hotel limpio y quiet,se puede descansar.Cercano a GranSur,Perisur.En mi próxima visita a Mexico me voy a alojar en este hotel otra vez.

La cama es muy incomoda, se escucha todo de los otros cuartos, el chorro de agua de la llave y regadera es deficiente. El personal del hotel es muy amable, y el desayuno es bueno.

Hotel muy viejo, pero el problema principal es el personal, es muy irrespetuoso y grosero en todas las áreas, desde la recepción hasta mantenimiento. El aire acondicionado en 3 de los 4 cuartos que reserve no funcionaba, el baño se encontraba sucio de los huéspedes anteriores, definitivamente, no me volvería a quedar en este hotel.
