Good hotel but quite expencive for what you get. The breakfast is very low key and the pillows are so soft that when you put your head on it then your head just falls through to the bed.

Comfortable bed, Clean room but a bit small for 4 of us. Friendly staff, especially Romania. She allowed us to check in early. They’ve got luggage storage which is good. They offered food up to 10 pm which is great. Very good breakfast, lots of choices.

Ten minute walk to train station and 15 minute train ride to Luzern. Breakfast was very good.

Hotel was clean. Access to hotel is limited with a 10 minute walk to tram station. Out of the way facility, but cheap for access.

Wow, what fantastic staff, and that is only the start. Nicely located a short walk from the train station, this hotel does things in a very personal way. Help yourself to coffee and cake whenever you want. Filtered water to top up your bottle before your day out. Hearty and plentiful breakfasts to set you up for the day. On site secure parking and exceptionally clean barely warrant a mention with so much to praise. No on site restaurant but plenty of great food within 5 minutes walk

Our room was full of bugs . :( Very disappointed ☹️ for price i paid. I would like to request for a refund. Didn’t sleep all night.

This was a very comfortable location. My family and I stayed in the family room. The kids loved the loft area. The hotel was convenient to the train. The parking was easy to use. The hotel was quiet and breakfast was nice! I would love to stay again one day
