I stayed at Zen for two nights. I highly recommend it for families or couples; it's private and comfortable. What I really liked about choosing a resort over a homestay was the breakfast, and Zen didn't disappoint at all; in fact, I was very surprised. The food was very diverse, neatly presented, and incredibly delicious. It really suited someone as picky as me. I've stayed at many resorts before, but what surprised me at Zen was the fruit kept in the refrigerator along with yogurt and flan, which were very, very delicious. Plus, they even had apple juice, which I love. As for the room, everything was very relaxing. The housekeeping staff were also very nice. I'm the type of person who usually leaves a lot of things out in the bathroom to choose things before going out, and I only clean up when I get back. The staff cleaned the room, but I noticed they only cleaned up things related to the hotel or unnecessary trash. They gathered up the things I left on the bed and put them in a corner for me. When I got back to my room, I was very nice about it. If I ever return to Da Lat with my family or boyfriend, Zen will probably be my first choice. I hope Zen will improve in the future, perhaps by having a restaurant so that when I'm too lazy to go out, I can have lunch or dinner there. Because at Zen, you have to go a bit further up the mountain pass to find food; there's hardly anything to eat nearby.
