The air conditioner is leaking, the faucet in the closet is broken, it is good but poorly maintained, the service is friendly, the overall is just not worth the price.

The facilities have started to get dirty. The curtains are dirty. The toilet does not function normally, the water heater does not function according to the cable guard in eating mice. For bed lamps also not working, we need lighting. We need a little control from the manager. Others .. Narrow parking lot. Access to the villa must be in line ato backwards Pool ok ... awesome, stayed for 1 night was wonderful private pool, spacious living room, enough accommodate 6 peoples , thank you for nice breakfast and services.

The villas are nice and big but the pool is rather poorly maintained. The food is good, but the clock is several times incompatible. But I still enjoy my time here.

No stairs to come out from the pool. The place is not clean. Wifi connection was very very very bad. Still need a lot of improvement.

Its a really cool place to stayed, the room is big and fit for family, all the staff are really nice, and they allowed online taxi here, so it's really help us about the accommodation

The staff is friendly, the villa is good according to the photo, but electricity and water like to suddenly die, you have to call the receptionist first and then turn it on again. Maybe the wattage isn't strong.

Nice view in the pool, the bed is less comfortable, rather dusty. So is the sofa. My wife and I booked for 2 nights. Luckily we were allowed to move to Villa d'wina villa next to it. There is still one management with The Royal Bali Villas, and the sleep is good. The breakfast is big no no, just buy indomie. But big thanks for the super friendly employees

The service is good and friendly. The villa is clean and comfortable.

Water the bathroom, the shower outside is problematic constantly. Water is very small and limited to use (for filling the tub it takes 4 hours). I get the whole room can be seen by the office boy room or housekeeping (can be spotted and no privacy). It was indeed given the final choice to move rooms, but because it was only a day, so lazy to clean up the items for the transfer and already too tired. For swimming pools, there should be stairs to enter the pool, but none! So lazy to swim. The lights in the room are dead at the bulb, my god! fortunately only one day worse experience!

Just ordinary, beyond my expectations and family.

Five-star room facilities but no restaurant service at all, order food can only be via online motorcycle taxis. No mineral water and an empty minibar fridge! Confused.

This hotel is perfect for honeymoon.. And whoever that wants a peaceful day.. But it is far from other.. Traffic on way there was so terrified.. And no online driver can pick you up there.. The facilities are very awesome

The check-in had to wait up to 2 hours when I had proof of booking from the app, dirty pool of worms, unfriendly service, employees told me I was completely unprofessional.

According to budget, according to facilities, everything is neat, fast service, clean, suitable for couple / honeymoon. The rest can be seen in the photo.

The staff are okay. There are only 6 villas, the design is okay, only the maintenance is lacking. There were obstacles such as a leaky pool so we had to move rooms, and the room door key could not be opened and towels were running out. In my opinion if you say 5 star how come it's not like 5 stars that I visit often. Overall okay.
