Best location but the room has a terrible smell.

Soundproof was not good. We can hear everything outside, next room, upstairs. So weird at night. Air con cannot be adjusted. The date we stayed, the weather was so cold. I must turn off the air con, so the toilet had a bad smell. But its location is great. Near metro (Ximen Station Exit 4). Breakfast is delicious.

I have 4 night in midtown, we have 1 night with broken AC, very hot the whole night already complain and only ask to wait till tomorrow without any compliment or extra services.

The room is not soundproof. The sofa is quite sunken. There is a loud noise from the water pipes almost all the time.

The room looks very old. If they put new wallpaper, it should look better. The carpet has many stains from the hallway and in the bedroom. There is mold on the edge of the shower room. And because the room has no windows, there is a bit of a smell, especially at the head of the bed on the bathroom side. Overall, it is okay to sleep, but I don't feel like going back to the room. I want to stay outside the room more. If they improve the cleanliness, it will be very good.

Very old hotel (desk chair spoil), cleanness need to improve, yellowish on towel ….

Good location, easy to travel, next to MRT, in the city center and shopping area Ximending. The room has complete facilities. Breakfast has a variety of choices. But the disadvantage is that the room is on the 12th floor... The room is not very soundproof. Wifi can be connected but cannot use the internet. The carpet is not very clean, lots of dust.

My sons, comfortable stay there, recommended!

Near Ximen Station Exit 4, there is an escalator. The room is good, clean, and comfortable. The staff is good at service and helpful. They can speak English.

Hotel is really nice the design is superb. Location is really good mtr is exit 4 is just few steps away this will lead you to green line and blue line. I will rate is as 9/10. Its shoulder be perfect but hot water in shower is that not working well. Highly recommend though 👌.

The app stated high floor and side by side room, end up give is lowest floor, room service is good just that they never sweep the floor. Overall 6/10.

Clean, very comfortable and very pleasant to stay at Midtown Richardson hotel. The bed is big. The location is very close to ximending, near mrt exit 5. Recommended.

The hotel is very comfortable. It is very near, only 150m to xi men station. 200m to xi men ding area. The hotel is big and always packed.

The hotel is in a very good location. Convenient. The bedroom is clean, not too small. The large windows are good. But it felt like the staff were not very hospitable at all. We booked for 3 people, including breakfast. When we arrived, the staff told us to have breakfast for only 2 people because it was a room for 2 people but added a bed. But we told you to reserve a big room. And breakfast in many countries has never been given to just 2, depending on the number of people staying. In the end, the employee refused. Told if you want more you have to pay. Fortunately, we printed the booking form. In the document, breakfast was specified for 3 people. The hotel agreed and the items in the room were only for two sets. So we have to ask to add everything.

I like the fact that my room was quite spacious and clean enough. I like things that looked new and the furniture in my room were considered new. The breakfast was quite good with various items. I appreciate that the waitress kept on moving around the tables to take dirty utensils. But of course the thing that I like the most is its location. This hotel is next to Exit 4 of Ximen MRT station. It is very convenient. And it is within walking distance to Ximending night market and surrounded by many places including 7/11. But I guess there is always room for improvement. The carpet in the hallway was dirty. Hope the hotel manager can really take care of it, clean the carpet properly so it would not be dusty and contain stains.

It was so great! The room was really clean, convenient and comfortable. I stayed there 3 night and sleep peacefully. The location is near with Ximending night market (walk from hotel only 2~3mins). If you come to the hotel by MRT, I would recommend to use exit 4 since there are an escalator. Moreover, the check-in and check-out service is super fast and easy~ (I attached only one photo because I decided to took as an video instead.

The worst hotel that I can't imagine with that hotel, the room has smell with cheap perfume, the hallway is dirty and the room like as a shelter not a hotel, smell, low ceiling with lot of room I have never seen the worse hotel like that before and they operate hotel to make the money as much as possible. Hope that people will not choose this hotel to get the up set. I have to check out and accepted to lose money and don't want anyone to have that situation like as my case
