Travel was during the summer and the air-conditioning was leaking onto the floor, probably the drain pan was clogged. The loft beds had no air-conditioning and relied on a plug-in fan to ventilate the space so it was rather warm. Otherwise room was clean, and receptionist was great at checking us in.

will not use again...nobody on reception at 5pm...had to check in from outside on digital pad...room cleanliness ok...but blocked sink so had to wash hands in shower...no one there to sort out...totally unaceptable...will always use ace hotels across road...far better....lady at breakfast was helpful...shame she is neimg let down by management

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Great idea to have mezzanine style family room for 4 but unfortunately unbearable temperature in upstairs part. We had to sleep on floor downstairs.

Place was hard to find as address not on Google maps or coming up on my sat nav . Only one guy on reception for the 2 hotels which could potentially be a bit time consuming . Otherwise very pleasant stay

Very close to motorway junction, several restaurants within a few minutes walk. Standard B&B Hotel, clean, friendly, comfortable beds, well located. Excellent value, budget hotel.

This was chosen by us as a cheap overnight stop on our way to our next destination. It is what it is and is good at what it is - affordable, has a bed, near the motorway. The rooms are pretty small and basic, no fridge etc. There is a lingering smell of cigarette smoke despite all the no smoking signs - I think these are regularly ignored (probably what caused the loud alarm which went off in the morning).

Perfect location if heading to or from south of france for a nights stay.. we booked to rooms and it was ideal for what we needed. Our family room had 2 beds upstairs which was perfect. Loads of places to eat within a few minutes walking.. just of the motorway but couldn't hear it..

Enregistrement long et compliqué, malgré l'aide d'une personne compétente au haut-parleur - pourquoi ne pas mettre une personne physique à la réception ? Salle de bains propre, douche très difficile d'accès. Petit déjeuner dans une salle trop petite. Quand j'ai demandé où on pouvait manger parce que toutes les tables étaient prises, on m'a répondu que je n'avais qu'à faire la queue et attendre. Expérience globalement négative que je ne renouvellerai pas!

Pièce trop petite , escalier et couloir pas propre, Climatisation très bruyante.
