I loved the handyman, Peter - So helpful and with a sense of humor! (We had trouble with our door.) The beach access was lovely. However, breakfast was a madhouse and space way too small. We went elsewhere. Really no decent food anyway. No protein. The noise from middle-aged men golfers was loud as they were sitting right under our balcony. Even with everything closed, I could hear their loud, boisterous regaling each other of their golfing escapades. They are entitled to fun, just be aware that if you want quiet, this is not your venue. There were also loud children and barking dogs, which I did not find bothersome, but it added to the cacophony until about 8pm when things settled down. Rooms were small. This is a fine place to stay if you know what you are getting into. Oh, and the parking was ridiculously tight. Beautiful views and location. The setting is gorgeous.

Great location. Perfect for access to the beach. Parking was an issue, finding and keeping a spot. Very tight in that lot. Otherwise a great stay.

Our first vacation with our baby and its not quite premium season: We apparently arrived at a party hotel for drinkers, smokers, and loud music till 1 am. No repercussions. In our room, our fire alarm went off at 4am and again at 6am waking us and our baby up. They did nothing for us. My husband had to rip it down himself so we could get any sleep. The inside cleaning staff was good but the outside cleaning staff were more on their phones than cleaning cobwebs off the bbqs, seating, etc. The beach was so nice and so was the view. But when you can't get any sleep for 4 days and you pay as much as we did. You wouldn't go back, and neither will we.

Nice location and friendly staff. Good price. The room was well used and worn. The carpets were old and the hallway fixtures covered in cobwebs.

I had a room with a kitchenette and it was very spacious and clean. The lake view was amazing from the balcony, however, because the balcony was a shared space, it was a bit messy (I.e. someone sat at the table beside our room door and left their coffee cup and trash on the table.

Absolutely lovely suite!

The views of the lake from the balcony is breathtaking! The hotel staff were so kind and helpful, the room was very clean and the hotel was not noisy. We were within easy walking distance to restaurants and even mini-golf. We would highly recommend!

We only stayed one night, but location, view and amenities very fantastic. Come on...right on the beach and veiws from both sides of the Hotel!!!

If you like sleeping on a box spring, this is the place for you!

Very comfortable beds

No lakeview because of the dog. We were at first upset but then we're given a one bedroom suite in the corner where we had a great view across the causeway. The lakeview was not really a balcony anyway so it was OK. The floor was a bit slanted but aside from that no complaints, a great stay and able to walk the dog friendly causeway multiple times

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff

For the price we paid $240 a night it was good. Like other travellers stated it’s an old hotel. But clean, comfortable and close to town were all pluses

The rooms were clean. right on the lake with a well maintained sandy beach. Feedback for owners: Limited Parking- one of the spots was taken by a jet ski trailer. The outside seating area was dirty tables not wiped clean and spider webs everywhere. We really enjoyed our stayed and will definitely be back to visit!
