First, exceptional staff. Second, we booked a room with an ocean view and did not get that. Apparently all of those rooms have been given away, and they could not honour our booking choice. But the staff were extremely helpful, genuinely tried to find a solution, and we were satisfied with their resolution of the issue. Later, they were extremely helpful with a different problem which was entirely my own fault! Huge thanks to them. Rooms are quiet. Lots of parking and even EV charging! The restaurant attached is not part of the hotel but it’s very convenient and very good. Thanks again and overall we would stay again

Great hotel with balconies facing the water. Lovely pillows and beds! Staff were friendly and accommodating and bonus having a good restaurant attached. Only negative was main road close by so noisy but can’t do anything about that! I would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at this hotel probably about six times now in the last two years. It is our go to for a quick getaway from Vancouver as it is only about 40 minutes away after the boat. Clean, comfortable rooms with amazing pillows will cater to your relaxation needs.

A very nice room. A lovely location, right across the road from the beach ⛱️ and the view!! It would be nice to have more of the TV stations in the guide that are actually ones that one can watch. Not that there should be more channels to watch, just that there are way too many showing on the guide that are not being available to watch.

The rooms are nicely updated and the view is nice. There are 3 restaurants within a short walk. The pier across the road is good for fishing and crabs. It’s about a 4 minute drive to Sechelt. The only downside is that the motel is on the highway and it’s noisy if you’re sitting on the rooms deck. Although, you don’t hear the traffic inside the room with the slider closed. It’s good value for the money and the staff are really friendly.

This hotel is just across the street from the pier. The rooms are very quiet. There are also a couple nice restaurants within walking distance. However, it’s not within walking distance of Sechelt.

Staff helped us get checked into our room early, the room was clean and neat, and with the doors closed it was very quiet, even right next to a busy road! Right near a bunch of restaurants, and the downstairs “Joe’s” is also great! Fantastic ocean view! Make sure if you want privacy you check on your door sign, as it’s windy and they tend to blow off the handles easily. Finding a better system for those would be my only suggestion for improvement. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay!

No wine glasses in room. Not enough towels either. Kitchen wasn't stocked properly. However very clean and nicely renovated room and kind front desk staff. No access to the coffee, water machine in office in the morning as it was locked. Nice location and convenient parking. Joe's seafood restaurant was delicious

We are seniors - expected ground floor with patio - put in the hotel room over the restaurant NO patio no deck ... told in the office he had reserved the best room??? 3 sets of stairs - he did assist in taking our luggage up all the stairs.. never again.
