A hidden gem hidden in a dark sketchy place. However, once you get there, the lady at the front made me trust people again. She was so nice and helpful, spoke english, and offered advice on what not to do. It was a beautiful room and spacious. The breakfast was amazing! I would love to stay here again, should i return! Highly recommend

The bed was uncomfortable, food option was same every morning.

The parking was limited due to events taking place, we had to use a taxi rather than our car as we would have lost our parking. I suggest this should be managed better by the staff ensuring that the hotel guests have priority for parking no matter if there are events or not. The heating control panel was not user friendly, some guidance in that sense would have been good, also no cups could be found in the room.

the hotel rooms were acceptable but most rooms windows faced out into a horse shoe shaped courtyard which was the entry point for a large events hall within the hotel complex. During my stay of 4 nights there were events on there every night lasting to the early hours of the morning with a great deal of noise making it impossible to sleep. people were also drinking and making noise in this courtyard as well as noise when departing with bibbing vehicle horns. In summary a terrible location for a hotel. I have submitted a sepearte email claim to hotel copied to hotels.com. It is the hotels responsibility to inform guests by way of hotels.com or directly if necessary of these potential issues at time of booking. I recieved no such advice.

There were only 4 or 5 on-site parking spots. The rest were on the street. We were lucky enough to get one on site. It's right next to an event centre. If there is an event, it may get loud. We didn't hear much, though. Nice hotel. Good room. We liked having a fridge. There isn't much around as far as food or shopping.

Very nice hotel, quiet,clean . The only thing I didn’t like was that I didn’t get my room cleaned over two days of staying even when I asked for it.other than that, I loved it.

Lovely hotel with very modern features, beds are a little hard but not uncomfortable. Staff were very very helpful and polite. Plenty of parking available near the hotel. Would stay again.

Rented the triple - 3 twin beds fit comfortably in the room. It was clean and the AC worked well. Cons - The drain to the shower is at the shower door and the whole bathroom becomes flooded and wet when anyone showers - also the front desk is closed from 11:30pm to 7am, any issues in between and you are stuck calling an emergency number. We didn’t know this and were checking in 11pm - we were lucky we didn’t end up late

Wedding on the Friday night very noisy hotel in a industrial area nothing around it. Only positive was it was easy access to train station and a great bakery up the road. Good for business travellers but not a tourist hotel as it has no English tv.

A little be far away from the city center. But the room is clean. The hotel stuff is friendly.

When we arrived the girl was not what we expect combing from another country she didn’t know how to get around, the bed was so uncomfortable.. shower for get it. The family who owned the hotel we could not communicate with.
