Great place to stay

Clean room,friendly staff,rooftop restaurant, lots of great places in walking distance. Good food and not expensive.

It’s was a very nice place , but our room was way too noisy , but we love the rooftop it was very nice and the services was outstanding

The staff was extremely nice and the breakfast with a view was amazing. That alone is worth staying there. The lunch and dinner were good as well, the drinks were ok. As we found in Guatemala, most drinks are just ok. The rooms are clean the shower decent. The only con is that you WILL hear people starting at 0530-0600 dragging their luggage and chatting loudly every day so just plan on getting up at that time.

The room was fabulous, very clean, smelled amazing and bed was very comfy. I especially enjoyed the rain shower and the convenient location. The staff was so friendly, spoke English which was very helpful, and the food in the restaurant was incredible. I would highly recommend El Carmen!

Quick efficient no problem

EVERYTHING WAS COOL AND THE STAFF WERE ALL NICE! WENT OUT THEY WAY TO SWITCH MY ROOM FOR ME! INCLUDED BFAST WAS GOOD & FRESH, WISH IT CAME W/MEAT & MORE OPTIONS BESIDES PORK BACON! THE VIEWS WERE LOVELY FROM THE ROOFTOP & WALKING DISTANCE TO THE ARCH, CENTRAL PARK & CERRO DE LA CRUZ! I WILL BE BACK!
