For the attention of management and anyone considering dining here, we visited Hotel du Parc as a family of six on 10 June 2026 and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The wait for our pizzas was extremely excessive, easily more than an hour to arrive. For such a simple order, this delay was difficult to understand and significantly affected our meal. When the pizzas finally arrived, they were far from enjoyable. The amount of cheese and oil was overwhelming, to the point that the pizzas were practically swimming in grease. Rather than tasting balanced and fresh, they felt heavy, soggy, and poorly prepared. The overall atmosphere was not helped by a waitress who spent time singing around the restaurant while customers were waiting for food. Some guests may find this entertaining, but given the long delay and the quality of the meal, it came across as unprofessional and out of touch with the situation. What should have been a pleasant family meal turned into a frustrating experience. Between the one-hour wait, the excessively greasy pizzas, and the lack of attention to customer experience, this was one of the most disappointing restaurant visits we have had in a long time. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not return and cannot recommend it.

Very comfortable hotel on the side of the river with a delicious restaurant also. The staff were extremely helpful, and the rooms were very comfortable! Highly recommend.

Stopped here for an amazing lunch. Everything home cooked. Staff very friendly and efficient. Garden was absolutely beautiful to sit in while eating.

We just got a wonderful dinner at this place, the food was delicious, the wine, the dessert, just a unforgettable evening.

What an exceptional location ! Amazing place to rest and relax. Their restaurant offers really good set menus. And we were seated right beside the river with a view of the castle ruins . I had a delicious savoury squash tart as my starter while my husband chose and assortment of entrées. My trout for mains was accompanied by baked artichokes and artichoke sauce, wonderfully delicious. For desserts, we had a chocolate lava cake and a pineapple "dome", which was delightful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Too bad we did not have a view but we had a good night's sleep. The hotel offers private parking too!
