The hotel is near some tourist attractions, and there is a lot of halal food around the hotel. The staff are so helpful and very kind. The room is also very clean, and they provide a dispenser on each floor.

Hotel room after renovate is good. Hope can maintain. Problem is parking. Too little parking space and the junction from hotel to main road is very dangerous. Totally can’t see the car from main road. Should put a big mirror or blocks there. If drive alone i really don’t know how to go to main road. This should be solve immediately.

The hotel's location is very strategic, close to tourist attractions, such as Concubine Lane and the Birch Clock Tower. The view from our room was beautiful. We booked a Triple Premiere room. It was very comfortable and clean. What I liked most was the water dispenser on each floor, so we were free to drink, so we didn't have to buy additional mineral water. Oh yes, there is also a 7-Eleven on the ground floor, which is not 24 hours. Very convenient. What disappointed me a little was that during check-in, the staff seemed unenthusiastic. The check-in process took quite a long time, even though my family and I were tired from the air and land travel. The staff seemed confused about calculating the tourist tax and Ipoh tax for 3 rooms and 2 nights. She tried calculating on paper, but the total was wrong, so I had to correct it. It turned out that when I checked out, I was still charged RM 30 for tourist tax. After further investigation, it turned out that the staff who checked me in miscalculated the total tourist tax, which delayed the check-out process. Other than that, everything was fine. The security is also very friendly, always helping to open the door and greet you.

The location is very strategic. Not far from Concubine Lane, Birch Clock Tower, Kinta Riverside, and other heritage areas. On the ground floor there is a 24-hour 7-Eleven minimarket. I got a room with a beautiful view, overlooking Padang Ipoh. You can see the mountains and heritage buildings. I booked 3 Premiere Triple rooms. The room was quite spacious and clean. What I liked most was that they provided a hot/medium/cold water dispenser on each floor, so we were free to drink as much water as we wanted, no need to buy mineral water anymore. What bothered me a little was that during the check-in process, the FO staff seemed unenthusiastic and took a long time to process the check-in. Even though my group and I were also tired from the air and land travel. She seemed to have difficulty calculating the total tourist tax and Ipoh tax for 3 rooms, 2 nights that I had to pay, until I helped correct it because she added the wrong amount. It turned out, when checking out, I was still charged RM 30.00 for tourist tax. I was shocked. After recalculating, it turned out that the staff who checked me in had miscalculated, so I had to add an extra RM 30.00. This delayed check-out. Hopefully, in the future, the front desk staff will be more careful, especially when calculating, so as not to delay the check-in and check-out process. Other than that, everything was very good. The security staff at the door were also very friendly and always greeted me. Thank you.

Close to everything at a reasonable price

Clean and comfortable hotel with a very good location. Easy to walk to food places and tourist spots. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

The facility is near to town and has a nice ambience. Next to the Kinta River and Padang Ipoh, it provides a one-of-a-kind view for your stay in Ipoh. The room is nice and clean. There are parking spaces provided at the building, but very limited. And they do offer an alternative parking area at another spot, with free shuttle services provided from the parking area to the hotel.

Overall, everything is very good!! Thanks for making my holiday in Ipoh wonderful, and I really had a good rest.

The hotel was great, clean room. But I mistakenly booked three paid nights and wanted a refund which they didn’t allow even after multiple requests. This was very disappointing and I had to spend three nights there only due to this.

Overall, I really liked the hotel — it was comfortable and conveniently located. However, there were a couple of issues: the air conditioner wasn’t working properly, so it felt a bit hot in the room. Also, the TV didn’t work — it wouldn’t turn on at all. 😭
