Extremely clean, comfortable and quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Room was small, but had everything we needed. Loved the refreshing smells.

It was our second time in this hotel. Really well equipped rooms in a small boutique style hotel. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast is amazing.

Great location and very nice staff. Would stay again for sure. The bath tub is epic.

It was very close to Taipei 101 but not too close to MRT's and a bit on the pricier side.. A bit overpriced, but overall, not a bad place to stay if you want to get around Taipei.

It wasn’t a new hotel but remains in good conditions. The amenities provided were definitely top notch in Taiwan. Yet, need a bit of walking to the subway station. Also seems no Netflix and YouTube available which was another drawback.

Staff and rooms were great. Walls a little thin, had a group of travellers with 2 or 3 rooms opening and closing their doors at 2ish am and talking loudly. Either the walls are too thin or they are very loud. Soundproofing could be much better

Pros: location, breakfast, super clean room, eco-friendly amenities with refillable shampoo/conditioner/shower gel dispenser in the bathroom, fancy washlet Kohler toilet, a plethora of room sprays, fragrances, hair mist and cuticle oils to sample free of charge, coffee/tea and a small selection of snacks and drinks to enjoy free and refilled daily Cons: in-room voice-controlled functions did not work that well and always took several tries to complete tasks, front desk staff could be friendlier. Most of the time they do not bother looking up from behind the very high counter when we enter the tiny entrance (I wouldn't even call it a lobby, more like a front room) let alone acknowledge anyone entering the room... which is a bit strange, especially for the people of Taipei which for the most part is a courteous bunch!

Wow, attentive staff, beautifully designed rooms complete with fragrances too. Amazing! Restaurant with great breakfast too. Unbeatable location. Can’t wait to return

great location, nice comfortable bed, good size bathtub, nearby lot of cafe and restaurant, MTR and bus stop nearby, food and service is good. Not really facility hotel, small gym area.

Amazing breakfast! I don't want to ruin the surprise for anyone, but trust me when I say, you're in for a pleasant surprise when it comes to their free breakfast included in your stay! Elevated dining experience! The hotel is minimalist but comfortable with their high tech toilet and AI assistant. Service is amazing and they really deliver! Comfortable high end bedding and sheets. Only complaint is not enough closet space which is just a hanging rack and no drawer space, but I've stayed at tiny European hotels so this is luxury compared to those in Germany or even New York.

Stayed here on two separate occasions. 3rd floor - heard plumbing sounds/toilet flushing and random noises in our room throughout the night. 5th floor - same experience with noise. An hour after checkout we received a call from front desk informing us that we would be charged for a towel because there was a “stain that wouldn’t come out”. We stayed for one night.. spilled some coffee so naturally wiped with a towel to clean the counter…maybe they are talking about that?!! Anyways won’t be staying here again…it’s too noisy and being charged for a towel stain is ridiculous. I’ve never been charged for using a hotel towel before.

Front desk service and our room service were very good. The gentleman and ladies during check in and check out were very accommodating and had good grasp of English. The beautiful room is a good size and clean with continuous replenishments of the mini bar and bathroom toiletries. Breakfast was good. Except for one incident that needs to be addressed. We called their attention about it.

I always go to this hotel whenevr I visit Taiwan. Best location, amazing staff, and I love everything about Swiio!
