This place exceeded our expectation. All the mod cons of a modern luxury hotel for a very reasonable price. This has got to be one of the best value hotels on Expedia. We booked the Gollipoli tour through the hotel and it was amazing, they picked us up at 9am and dropped us back at 5.30pm all incl.usive with a beautiful traditional köfte lunch and plenty of opportunity to buy souveniers. We saw everything from ANZAC Cove to the house that Ataturk stratagiesed his battle plans in. This tour is a must do for any visitor to this region. Staff were friendly and it's a great family environment, we stayed in 2 rooms as a family of 5. The resturant on the rooftop is good value and so is the Starbucks in the lobby. Make sure you pay a little extra when making your booking and take the breakfast option, it's worth it with hot foods, cerials, fruits and fresh daily breads. Cannot fault for anything. Everything to a very high standard

Parking attendant was amazing. He's an asset for the hotel. Shame about the reception staff. Asked for a luggage trolley to our room and no one arrived. So had to take it down ourself. Parking attendant helped us load. Parking is very limited but we managed. Hotel toilet had a foul smell (possibly sewage)

Great buffet. Matress was hard as a rock. Rooftop restaurant was not great. Service was excellent.

Beds were like cement. We requested fold up beds and took the mattress from them which only helped slightly. The restaurant was amazing! Spa staff were fantastic. Hotel staff did their best to accommodate us, but were unable to understand our disappointment with the beds.

Really enjoyable stay at an excellent hotel

Otel kesinlikle 5 yıldızı hakketmiyor. Maksimum 3 yıldız. Otoparkı yok. Odalararası Ses izolasyonu çok zayıftı. Banyoda sıvı savun duş jeli şampuan aynı idi. Duş çok ufaktı ve çabuk tıkanıyordu. Personel çok ilgisizdi. Odaya 2. kez havlu istediğimizde daha önce verdik ya gibi saçma bir eleştiri ile karşılaştık. Özetle parasını hakketmeden bir oteldi.

Oğlum ile seyahat ettiğim için 2 ayrı yataklı oda ayırtmama rağmen tek büyük yataklı oda verdiler. Girişte seyahatimizin 1 gün daha uzamak zorunda olduğu ve rezervasyonu 1 gün daha uzayabilir miyiz diye sorduğumda resepsiyonda adeta dayak yiyecektim. Bütün odalarımız dolu hiç bir şekilde olmaz dediler. Çıkış 12 de olduğu halde saat 10:48 de odaya firebilmek için kat görevlisinden yardım istemek zorunda kaldık çünkü kart kapıyı açmadı. Çıkış sırasında sorduğumda kart ta arıza yok, Allah Allah gibi bir şeyler gevelediler. 5 yıldızı kim vermiş çok merak ediyorum.
