Staff were very friendly, the room was comfortable and clean. The window frames could do with some bleach. The breakfast was good. The building is amazing. It is also a comfortable walk to the centre. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely room, with lots of character. Staff were friendly and helpful at checkin and checkout. The hotel overall has a good ambience, with nice grounds and Truro is centrally located in Cornwall. The breakfast was excellent too.

My wife and I had an fantastic stay, upon arrival we received an upgraded room. Which really made my wife's birthday extra special.
The hotel and grounds were amazing!
The staff were excellent, the room very spacious and clean.
A wide selection for breakast, will definitely stay here again

Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional.
Our room (12) was warm and comfortable. The bathroom was modern, with large shower and good quality towels. The room was well-stocked with local Cornish teas and coffees, and with extra touches.

Another excellent stay. We were in room 42 which is perfect for us as its on the ground floor. The staff are fantastic as always and the breakfast is delicious. Will definitely be going back.

The staff - from receptionists to bar and waiting staff were phenomenal and couldn't do enough for us. They were very dog friendly!
The dinner service was incredible, as was the breakfast.
