The staff at this hotel was bar none, the best I have EVER encountered. They were friendly, hospitable, and really understood what it means to make people comfortable. Boboev and Christian were THE BEST! They went above and beyond! The coffee was free and some of the best I've ever had. The hotel itself was so beautiful. We cannot wait to come back...WITH FRIENDS!

The property needs improvement

I felt that I was mislead be the listing for this hotel on Travelocity's website for hotels near the Munich airport. It listed "Shuttle Service Included". It was not! I had to pay 50 Euros to get to the hotel from the airport and another 50 Euros to get back to the airport the next morning. When I asked about it they said there was "no shuttle service"!!! I was stuck and had to pay. The main reason I selected this hotel was because of the shuttle service. I would like to be reimbursed for the shuttle service. False advertisement!

Clean, spacious, bright, comfortable bed and an outdoor space to relax.

Unfortunately, this place was a bit disappointing. The staff were nice, but the place is really run down and truly doesn’t deserve the 4-star title anymore. The entire place needs a makeover. The rooms were ok, but again run down and the AC wasn’t working in several rooms (we learned this from other guests who had already moved rooms twice, so we didn’t even bother). To cool the room down, we had to open the balcony doors at night, but that meant no sleep because it was very noisy outside (people driving their cars at high speed through town). Overall, I would not recommend this place, especially for longer stays. Find something newer or renovated away from the main roads.

Nice large and bright room. Bed was comfortable. Very clean. Shower setup was a bit awkward and steep step out of tub.

This is a wonderful Place to stay near the Munich airport Charming small town and the hotel is centrally located. The staff was just marvelous. Recommended a great restaurant

Very nice hotel. Nice staff. Easy walk to the village.

We had an overnight stay and the staff was very accommodating in getting us an early Check in since my husband was under the weather. He slept most of the day and was happy to have a nice room to rest.. I explored Erding and was pleasantly surprised at what a charming little town it is.
