First thing first, even tho it's an apartment, they're very STRICT regarding number of people staying. There were 4 of us so we had to pay for 2 extra pax @ THB 600/night. Other than that, it was wonderful stay, the staffs have limited english but very helpful. The room was very clean and comfy, complete amenities. Wifi's good, you can connect Netflix to the TV. Kitchen's good. Location is not very close to touristy areas like Pratunam or Chatuchak, but still very strategic cause there are restaurants, convenience store, traditional market, supermarket (Tops), even a mosque, all within walking distance.

Very comfortable, especially the 50sqm room. I like to get chill on the sofa room with an open window. Very clean, especially the kitchen and the back balcony. Very friendly staff and good service. And the roof top also interesting.

The mattress is very soft, comfortable to sleep, the air conditioner is cool, comfortable, all the items are used, the new room is clean. polite reception staff safe parking There is a staff to take care of. There is an ATK check before staying, more confident. Next time will definitely stay here.

The hotel is really okay, friendly service. Want to extend your stay there but it's full. The point is okay, it's close to 3 holes, it's also easier, just very satisfied, according to the picture.

Good accommodation, easy to drive with or call a taxi. Of the first mini-bar That is not expensive There are a lot of food around there. Just 800 meters away from the donkey. Considered very close. There is a chance to go to that area and will definitely stay again.

Book a one bedroom room. Pros - Spacious room with a separate living area. - Location is not very far. Soi is not deep. - The staff speak good, smile - Cheap mini bar. -There is quite a complete set of equipment such as kitchen, dishware, utensils, microwaves, hot water kettles, stoves (but not used), small bottles of toiletries, shampoo, soap (not used). The room has a smell - there is noise from the construction. Makes little to sleep - the bathtub rotates to release waste water. Unable to remove the cork. - The water changer. The shower pulls up and then comes out. Must be repaired again. - The hair dryer is very light. - The parking is low. - The kitchen has no curtain. Causing light to come in People who don't like light may not like it.

United Residences was the perfect place for me & my girlfriend on our last trip there. It's near 7-11 & a few steps away from the property is the road already. Reception was very accommodating, staff were courteous & very welcoming & our requests were handled exceptionally well. The 1 bedroom suite is very spacious & has all the needed amenities you need to make you feel at home, it has a dining table, cutlery set, TV, refrigerator to chill your drinks & most of all we were able to personally wash our clothes using their automatic washing machine which was really awesome. I would book this place once we have decided to come back to Bangkok.

As advertised! Great place to stay especially if you are new to Thailand. The front desk was very helpful and the guards are perfect gentlemen. This hotel has everything you need, clean and service is impeccable. There is a quaint coffee shop, food and 7-11 (always helpful imo) and anywhere further then that you can definitely take a taxi or grab. I would 10/10 stay here again!
