Convenient for business travel and close to main roads. Breakfast had a good selection of items from continental offerings to the full fry up

The shower control was basically the easiest to use but it might be beneficial to have a notice above it stating: "Water pressure is constant so the knob is to just alter the temperature"

Room excellent, upgraded to executive room, but on 2nd floor, with no lift working. This was OK, but only because we had very light luggage. We really need a ground floor room if there's no lift now, as we are both pensioners sand beginning to experience mobility issues with stairs.

Good hotel, easy to get to. Not used any of the amenities, so cannot comment.

Room nice enough. Tv bit temporamental. Pool not open , staff on desk absolutely wonderful . Most impressive I’ve seen for a long while . Didn’t have breakfast or go in bar. Very good value stay .

Room was not clean, asked to be moved to another room, this one was not that much better and no real apology. Foot order for dinner was wrong and during my meal I was asked to move table to accommodate a larger party that wanted to eat, not ideal when all other diners are looking at you. I’ve stayed here several times before but this visit was very poor.

Reception staff on arrival were excellent, allowing us to book in early. The room was very good; spacious and clean with everything working. After the crematorium service for our friend, the wake was held at BH. There were a lot of people at the wake but the BH staff looked after everyone very well and the food was wonderful. We stayed for a meal with 3 friends in the restaurant and this meal was superb. Delicious food and excellent service. Overall, an absolutely wonderful one evening stay. As close friends of the City of Lincoln Freemen's Guild we are always delighted to use Bentley Hotel and staying overnight for for 2 or 3 days at the BH is a real treat.

Our stay was so enjoyable. The beds were comfy. The room heater was easy to operate. We had chosen an accessible twin room. The staff were lovely, we felt very welcome. We ate in the Jewels restaurant on the 2 nights we stayed and had a mix of the 2 course menu and the bar menu between us. Although we were not there for Sunday lunchtime, there was a plated roast dinner available on the Sunday evening as an extra to the printed menu. The buffet breakfast was really good and well cooked. Overall a great stay!

The rooms, staff, service, and amenities were all great. I brought my dog and they were helpful and welcoming.

Outdated bathroom with signs of corrosion, silicone should be changed too… Food in the restaurant was nothing special. GREAT GYM ! One of the best hotel gyms I’ve been to. Well done on that!

Someone needs to learn how to make porridge if they are to have it on the menu. Apart from that it ticked our boxes.

Nice enough hotel. Convenient location. Dig friendly. Good rooms.
