Excellent

The overall stay was great. The customer service at the front desk was awesome. They were polite, and made sure that my reservations were correct! Amanda, Rebecca, Karla were phenomenal. They took care of my staff and my team!

One night trip would stay again

The desk staf was very good. The rooms were dirty, the shower had not been cleaned and there was used soap in it. The pillow cases had blood on them and the bed had hair in it. It was made but dirty.

Nice quiet place to stay. Will definitely be back for my next stay in Odessa.

It was great except the room was freezing cold when we checked in. The toilet paper holder is too far from the toilet

Good stay

The room in which we stated was atrocious. It had not been cleaned. There wa black spots on the pillow case..pink bacteria in the shower, the mattress cover was ripped, I wiped down the door and had a ton of dust. Still waiting to hear back from the manager. I definitely would not stay here.

I told the front desk that my room was not totally clean. The floor was not vacuumed. The furniture had crumbs on it. There was hair in the shower. They told me they would give me a new room. I went to the new room, and found a bug on the floor. I showed them the bug, and they said they could not transfer me to a lot of rooms. They said they would tell the manager, so she could give me something for my inconvience. They never did.

Room 1108 needs to replace the tub valve. There is not enough pressure on the showerhead because of the leak in the tub valve.

The room smelled like dog poop as soon as we walked in. We have dogs but they are well house broken and weren't even in the room yet. The door was also very difficult to open and we had to get the front desk to open it almost every time. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the maintenance and cleaning at this hotel left a lot to be desired.
