The owner was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet. The only area of issue was hot water. The water never got hot. Warm, but not hot.

Excellent location. Great view of the mountains. The property is on the outskirts of the town of Budoia and has a nice restaurant.

This hotel is great... the staff are so very friendly! They are very accommodating... the location is good-near Aviano, but less expensive. It was very quiet... the breakfast was good—continental. I would come back!

Soggiorno piacevole. Gestori e personale gentili, disponibili e competenti. Camera molto ampia, pulitissima, con vista sul bosco. Bagno ampio, con vasca, senza linea cortesia.
Materassi con molle un po' al limite.
Colazione abbondante servita al tavolo. Ristorante con ottima cucina e pizzeria.
