There was no reception despite the indication of 24-hour availability. I encountered difficulty entering the building as I received no information on how to proceed. I had to make an international call and send an email to obtain access. The elevator was out of service, so I had to carry all my luggage to the 4th floor using the stairs, even though my room was labeled as 3XX. It was unclear why it was located on the 4th floor. The TV had no remote control, and I had to turn it on manually. Additionally, I couldn't find any available programs. The hot water unexpectedly went out while I was in the middle of a shower. It's certainly not a 3-star hotel as advertised.
