Have warm options available.
The staff must be more friendly when asked about the breakfast. A sold couple asked for help with the water machine and the guy just went nerd explaining how it works with the screen and never took rhe 1 minute or less to just show them how is done.
The old couple were just standing and watching and didn’t understood the thing.
Then other guy tried to get waffles and screwed up the machine, the guy came and disconnected and left it there just like that.
Coffee: terrible coffee, it tasted like water with tea, not coffee.
Coffee is important!
Train your staff to be friendly and helpful when asked questions.
Restaurant wasn’t even 10% full, so lots of time to help customers and make good coffee.
