The hotel ambience is nice. We got a pool view. The room is spacious and smells good. The staff is very helpful and can speak good English and Malay too. Just the shower needs to improve the drain hole. Other than that, all good.

We arrived at 9 p.m. and were greeted warmly. It's close to Phuket International Airport. There's a 7-Eleven next to the hotel, open 24 hours.

There were two staff members at the check-in counter; I remember one was named Chacha, and I didn't get the other's name (he was a man). They provided excellent service, were very friendly, and constantly asked how I was doing and if everything was okay. The hotel is quiet, clean, and I would highly recommend it. I would definitely stay here again next time.

The room was nice. The staff was nice. Very close to the airport, but the location did not direct me to the front but to the back of the hotel, which is the wall of someone's house.

Due to the beginning of September, the hotel encountered a drain problem in the sanitary treatment system. But now it has been fixed. I must apologize profusely.

The location is great, but the room was in little bit rough condition. Plus the ventilation in our room also wasn’t great and there is a condensate on the walls. I think this place is good option for stay for a couple nights.
