Good

The room was spacious and bright, with a large window that brought in plenty of natural light. The carpet, bedding, and bathroom were all exceptionally clean. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and provided fast service. However, the common areas were noticeably outdated and poorly maintained. The lobby windows were dirty, and the lobby, hallways, and flooring throughout the property appeared worn and in need of renovation. While the room itself was very comfortable, the condition of the shared spaces did not reflect the same standard.

Close to West Edmonton Mall. Front staff who checked us in was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was great! Only stayed one night for a sporting tournament but the room was huge and comfortable.

I would not stay here again. Dirty shower and broken shower, no vending machines as advertised, wifi issues, etc.

Hallway noise comes into the room

The bathtub's drain was not draining the water while showering, when you are showering...the water takes too much time to drain so you are literally bathing in water whereas it ought not to be so.

It was ok. There is no ac unit, so u cant change the temperatures. The coffee pot in our room we had to set it up on the floor cause there was no outlets near the table it was on. You only get 2 pillows on the beds so bring ur own also. Hotel can only provide 2 extra at a request. The bed would have been alright if there was more shoulder support...more pillows. Plus side. It was quiet, didnt hear much for people outside the room or the caos from outside noise, seeing how there is a bar and restaurant below.

Stayed in the basic room with two double beds. Important Note: You will be made to pay a $500 deposit fee (refunded back to you upon checkout) when paying with debit, so, stick to credit if you plan on staying here. Pros: Affordable price for your stay • Twenty-four hour reception staff who were friendly and knowledgeable • Room was clean • TV with basic channels • Hair dryer provided in the bathroom • Close to the West Edmonton Mall, as well as other notable restaurants and stores • Good parking • On-site restaurant and bar • Free Wi-Fi Cons: Slightly uncomfortable bed with rock hard pillows • Yellowy, chipped, old tile flooring and just starting to peel wallpaper in the bathroom • The water in the shower/tub was very finicky; had to keep fiddling with it to get it so I wouldn't get burnt or freeze • The Stardust Games Room outdoor entrance had a lot of cigarette butts, and was dirty looking • Walls are somewhat thin; you could hear the occasional guest in the hallway pretty clearly and housekeeping in other rooms • If you plan on staying long, bring your own shampoo, conditioner, etc; the ones provided are only miniatures

Didn’t have much of a bar in the room. Just coffee. Connor water available to me in the room.
