Lovely hotel in great location. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with excellent service. The coffee was the best I have had in Valladolid.
The reception staff were very warm and welcoming.
I would stay here again.

The staff was excellent from beginning to end. Unfortunately their A/C did not work, and they had no solution to the situation so the room was extremely hot and almost impossible to sleep in.
They did not have any other rooms available to switch us to and all we got was a simple “sorry” nothing more.

Hotel has convenient parking @ €17.50. Superior room was spacious and clean. Aircon was quiet. The WIFI was poor in the room, therefore spent time in the bar or lobby to access it. To receive a higher speed you need to pay extra. Most expensive hotel we stayed in during our 3 weeks in Spain and it had the poorest WIFI.
